MONTHLY FOOD DISTRIBUTION
As a mobile distribution center director, I led and administered two monthly food distributions, feeding nearly 400 families per month By coordinating with Tarrant Area Food Bank to secure food donations and volunteers I Maintained compliance with all food safety regulations., managed volunteers during distribution events, and ensured a smooth and efficient operation.
CENTRAL CHRISTIAN COLLEGE REVITALIZATION & MERGER
In 2020, I was asked to step into the leadership of Central Christian College to determine the next season for the organization. During my time in the presidency, I required administration and faculty, restructured the degree offerings and overall curriculum, rearticulated partnership agreements with several correspondence partners, and began the process of applying for national accreditation. After three years of extensive market research, it was determined that the best course of action was to merge with a more established institution,; giving our students and alumni the best chance for success. In early 2023, I successfully finalized a merger between Central Christian College and West Coast Bible College & Seminary - a member of the Kairos University Network.
BUILDING USAGE PROTOCOLS
During my time at Bethel Temple, I designed and developed a streamlined process for utilizing the church facilities. This system included a user-friendly, responsive online form to be used for both internal and external facility requests, an online master calendar, and a revised policy manual for building usage. This provided perimeters to safeguard the interests of the host and ensure the proper handling of church property and resources by our guests. This agreement led to a minor renovation of the building that proved beneficial in making the facilities more appealing to the public and internal ministry departments.
PLANNING CENTER IMPLEMENTATION
I successfully initiated and integrated all Planning Center products into the ministries of Bethel Temple in Cleburne, Texas. This included implementing new check in protocols for all children's ministries, creating and maintaining workflows for effective follow up, managing four varieties of groups and attendance, and maintaining the Church Center app.
